Update Tridy¶
A Tridy represents a unique identifier and can store information about the identified object.
This tutorial describes how this information can be updated if it changes.
In the “Getting Started” tutorial we created a Tridy for a sneaker with these properties:
{
"ean": "12345678",
"productName": "White, fancy Sneaker",
"price": "123,32€"
}
Authentication¶
To update data via the API we need to authenticate using the Narravero API token we received.
To try the API, we can do this on the Authentication page:
After we copied the token into the text field and clicked “Set”, the authentication is stored.
Update¶
If we have a price drop for our sneaker, we need to update the information to look like this with a price changed to “98,32€”:
{
"ean": "12345678",
"productName": "White, fancy Sneaker",
"price": "98,32€"
}
We can use the API as described here: Update Tridy payload to update it.
Since only the field price changed, we can use this endpoint to just update the price, using this body to the request:
{
"price": "98,32€"
}
